What sort of things wake Bob in the middle of the night? Ideas like weaponizeing Professor X's ability by extracting stem cells and cloning neurons that could be interfaced with highly-sophisticated electrodes. I'm assuming the stem cell thing came from an article in the paper about extracting cells from some random part of the body then tricking them into dividing into stem cells, and the interface thing is from some show I watched on discovery where they grew brain cells in a pitri dish and interfaced them with electrodes, and made them fly a plane (Link)
Also this technology could be made into an alarm clock that would just send psychic impulses to go to sleep and wake up refreshed.
